TAYLOR
Taylor is a highly accomplished colourist with over 20 years of experience at Jo Hansford, having been personally trained by Jo Hansford herself. Renowned for her exceptional eye for colour and strong creative instinct, Taylor specialises in colour transformations, corrective work, and beautifully tailored highlights, delivering consistently refined and flattering results.
Early in her career, she worked on a range of high-profile projects, including New York Fashion Week and global campaigns for leading brands such as L’Oréal, before focusing her expertise on creating a truly personalised, luxury experience for her clients in the salon.
Taylor is widely recognised as one of London’s most in-demand colourists, with a loyal and discerning clientele who travel from around the world to see her. She is also regularly involved in judging the prestigious L’Oréal Colour Trophy, reflecting her respected position within the industry.
Passionate about education, Taylor plays a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of colourists within the salon, ensuring the highest standards and techniques are consistently upheld.
Working closely alongside Gemma, Taylor is highly regarded as Jo’s second in command, combining technical excellence with a warm, attentive approach that ensures every client feels confident and cared for.
Taylor is available in the salon Tuesday to Friday, as well as the last Saturday of each month.
