Lucy’s career in the hair and beauty industry is driven by a genuine passion for both people and service. She began as a colour technician, where she developed a strong technical foundation, before recognising her natural strength in client care and salon operations.

Transitioning to a front-of-house role, Lucy quickly distinguished herself through her organisational skills and ability to create a seamless client experience, progressing to Salon Manager at a leading premium salon in the City.

In 2019, Lucy joined the Jo Hansford Mayfair team as Head Receptionist. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service quickly set her apart, leading to her promotion to Salon Manager and, more recently, Operations Manager.

Now overseeing the day-to-day running of the salon, Lucy ensures the highest standards are consistently delivered across every aspect of the business. Known for her warm, approachable nature and positive energy, she plays a key role within the team, working closely with Jo and Joanna to maintain the exceptional service and experience for which Jo Hansford is renowned.
